How to Add an Open House to a Property

NOTE: Before you can upgrade your listings, you must create an account online
and contact the Record-Eagle so we can attach your listings to your login.

  1. Click the “Login” link under Real Estate Agents in the green bar on the left side of the screen.
     
  2. If you already have an account, enter your email address and password in the green box on the right side, and click Sign In.

    If you don’t get have an account, click the Create An Account button and follow the prompts.

    NOTE: After creating an account, you must e-mail sales@record-eagle.com so we can tie your listings to your login.
     
  3. After logging in or creating your account, click the silver Members button.
  4. In the Account Tools box, click the “Manage Your Listings” link.

    If no listings appear on this page, please e-mail sales@record-eagle.com or call Dan at 231-944-1439 and we can add your listings to your login.
  5. Locate the listing you’d like to upgrade, and click the
    “Upgrade this Ad” link.
     
  6. Under “Enhancement Options,” select one of the "Open House" options for 7, 14 or 30 days. You may also select additional enhancements at this time. Enter the date(s) and time(s) of your open house in the field provided and click the Continue button.
     
  7. If you have purchased one of our packages, you will get a message that reads “An invoice will be sent to the address below.” We will invoice you monthly for the package, plus additional charges if you happen to upgrade properties beyond your package limit.

    If you are purchasing your upgrade(s) a la carte and not through one of our packages, you will be asked for a credit card for payment.
     
  8. Fill in your billing details (address, phone number, etc.) and click Process Order. Note: if you filled in this information when creating your account, you won’t need to re-enter it again. To add this information to your login so you won’t need to fill it in for every purchase, click “Edit Your Account Profile Info” in the Account Tools box at the Members Center (see Step 3 above).
     
  9. Click the Process Order button.
     
  10. Print the order confirmation for your records. Your upgrade will appear on the site at the time listed on the Order Confirmation page (note: times are Pacific Time or -3 hours).
